Posting what makes a meal is an important part of any school food service operation to meet USDA regulatory requirements. 

Descon Explain-A-Meal system is a very popular way to clearly and easily meet these regulations. Our signage has been successful since the start of new regulations in 2012 in helping students quickly identify what makes a meal. Explain A Meal Holders include easy to use EZ-Displays. EZ-Displays allow you to slide in your document and the EZ-Display's magnetic seal will hold your paper in place.

    While each Image is priced to come with a Flip Frame, we can sell Images individually to be held in a single frame or to go into a previously purchased frame.
